Michael Kinsbergen has been Nedstat's Chief Executive Officer
since January 2000. From 1996 to 1999 he was involved as an
independent manager in various projects and transactions in finance, sports
and transportation. Prior to that, Mr Kinsbergen worked in the financial sector
for MeesPierson, James Capel and Paribas and was involved in numerous M & A
transactions and IPO's.
He obtained his bachelors degree from the University of California at Los
Angeles (UCLA) and completed his MBA at the Wharton School of Business in
Philadelphia, PA.
Michiel Berger is founder of Nedstat and has been Chief Innovations since the
start of the company in 1996. Prior to that, he was in the process of obtaining
a doctorate degree in Astrophysics at the University of Amsterdam (UVA).
Mr Berger obtained his Msc degree in astrophysics from the University of
Amsterdam (UVA).
Fred Appelman has been Nedstat's Chief Technology Officer since july 2007. From 2000 to 2007 he was CTO of Bibit, Europe's leading Payment Service
Provider. In the period 2004 to 2007 Mr Appelman worked for the Royal Bank of
Scotland that acquired Bibit in 2004. Prior to 2000 Mr Appelman held various
positions in the University Hospital of Utrecht and at the University of
Utrecht.
Johan Albers has been Nedstat's Vice President Finance since January 2002. From 1994 until 2001, he was Group Controller for Group 4 Falck
Security having been Group Accounting Manager since 1991. Prior to that, Mr
Albers was an Audit Manager at KPMG.
Mr Albers obtained his Certified Auditor degree from the Dutch
Institute of Certified Auditors (NIVRA). He also obtained his degree in Business
Economics from the University of Groningen.
Guido Fambach has been Nedstat's Vice President Training since December 2006. From January 2003 until November 2006, he was managing partner of The Mediator
Group, an innovative e-learning company. Prior to that, from august 1997 until
December 2002, he was owner and CEO of the training company SMG.
Mr Fambach obtained his bachelor degree in European Communication at the
school for Higher European Studies of The Hague.
Tsjerk Kooistra has been Nedstat's Vice President International Sales since
December 2007, after having been VP Sales and Support from april 2005 until
December 2007. From October 2000 Mr. Kooistra was Country Manager UK. Prior to
that he worked as a manager for Texaco Amsterdam.
Mr Kooistra obtained his bachelors degree Finance & Banking from the
Amsterdam Academy.
Sven Oddens has been Nedstat's Vice President Human Resources since
January 2003. From August 1998 until December 2002, he was HR manager at XS4ALL
internet, a leading internet service provider in the Netherlands. Prior to that,
Mr Oddens worked as a consultant for Content, a recruitment agency in the
Netherlands.
Mr Oddens obtained his bachelors degree in Human Resources from the
Hogeschool Amsterdam.
Enrico Verhulst has been Nedstat's Vice President Consultancy since November
2005, having been Vice President Business Development since May 2000. From 1995
until April 2000, he was principal consultant at Intercai Consultants. Prior to
that, Mr Verhulst worked as project manager and later as IT manager at the
Flower Auction in Aalsmeer, the Netherlands.
Mr Verhulst obtained his MSc degree in Industrial Engineering and Management
Sciences at the University of Eindhoven.
Ulrike Ziegler has been VP Marketing since June 2006, having been Marketing
Manager Nedstat Germany since June 2000. From 1993 until April 2000, she was
Promotion Manager for the Walt Disney Company. Prior to that, Ms Ziegler worked
as Account Manager at advertising agencies, like Leo Burnett and Ted Bates.
Ms Ziegler obtained her bachelors degree in Business Administration from the
Fachhochschule Wiesbaden.
Christian Elsner has been Country Manager Nedstat Germany since February
2007. From August 2005 he was Sales Manager at Webtrekk, from 2001 to 2005 he
was member of the executive board of Netopsystems AG. Prior to that, Mr Elsner
worked as a management consultant for Horváth & Partners and ZLU, a
subsidiary of Pixelpark, for three years.
Mr Elsner obtained his diploma in industrial engineering from the University
of Hanover.
Patrick Dost has been Country Manager in Spain since 5th November 2007. From
2002 until 2007 he was Senior Sales Manager for Jet Multimedia Espana (formerly
known as Mediafushion). Prior to that Mr. Dost was Telemarketing - and Database
Manager at Cafe Bar Holland.
Mr. Dost obtained his bachelor degree in European Communication at the school
for Higher European Studies of The Hague.
Jean-Marc Merazian has been Country Manager Nedstat France since April 2007. From 2006 to 2007, he was eCommerce and Partnership Director for the travel unit
of Bertelsmann Group. Prior to that Mr. Merazian founded Cinesnap.com, where he
was CEO until 2006.
Mr Merazian obtained his degree at the Ecole Superieur de Commerce in
Reims.
Fred van der Werff has been Commercial Director the Netherlands since January
2008, having been Sales Manager the Netherlands since December 2004. Prior to
that, Mr van der Werff was Sales Manager Business Market for KPN Telecom.
Mr van der Werff obtained his bachelors degree in Small Business
Management from the Haarlem Business School.
