Job satisfaction and personal development are key factors in the success of our company.
A new member of our team gets an introduction program that includes
interviews with people from various departments, training on the job and assistance by an assigned colleague. Every two months we organize a group training in Amsterdam for all new colleagues from all our offices to learn about the company and our products and services.
Twice a year we have a review with all individuals where personal development and training are discussed. If people need to expand their knowledge or skills, we arrange for courses or specialized training.
We also regularly organize international meetings and group training at
one of our six international offices.
