Nedstat and ViewOnTV start partnership

Web analytics leader helps to optimise streaming content

Paris, 28 May 2008 - ViewOnTV, the expert in online video communication, has joined forces with Nedstat to offer its clients a solution for the optimisation of their multimedia content. Previously ViewOnTV’s analytics service was limited to the number of hits and the bandwidth consumption. Nedstat’s streaming analytics application Stream Sense™ provides ViewOnTV’s clients with in-depth reports on visitor behaviour during video or audio streams.

After a thorough review process ViewOnTV selected Nedstat. Vincent Bataille, President of ViewOnTV: "We were looking for a powerful streaming analytics tool to improve our service offering, enabling customers to optimise their online videos by analysing visitor behaviour. We are fascinated by Nedstat’s product Stream Sense™. It is not only intuitive and flexible, but it is also the leading product in the market dedicated to measure online multimedia."

The new joint offer enables clients and advertisers to recognise exactly what visitors are watching, when and for how long, providing valuable insight into click behaviour during advertising messages and making it possible to compare the success of pre-roll versus mid-roll advertisements.

Jean-Marc Merazian, Country Manager of Nedstat France says: "We are delighted to have established this relationship with ViewOnTV. Using Stream SenseTM will undoubtedly strengthen ViewOnTV’s online offer, providing their clients with in-depth insight into the contribution of streaming media to the ROI of their online business."
